Extreme Heat at Rehoboth Beach

Everyone was trying to keep cool in Friday’s heat, but especially those at Rehoboth Beach where the temperatures were the hottest. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles got some reaction about the heat wave and the upcoming 4th of July holiday.
