DVARP Vice President Reveals Details on SEPTAs Regional Rail Fleet Removal

SEPTA announced they were removing 1/3 of their regional rail fleet due to a structural defect. While SEPTA plans on going into more detail during a press conference Sunday, Matthew Mitchell of the Delaware Valley Association of Rail Passengers, already spoke with them about their plan. He revealed the exact details of the structural defect, how SEPTA plans on handling the situation and provides advice for riders in an exclusive interview with NBC10.
