Escaped prisoner nearly captured, jumped down 30-foot embankment, US Marshals say

Police spent a third straight day searching for escaped prisoner Alleem Borden. U.S. Marshalls say they came close to recapturing him on Tuesday as they tracked him down at a home in West Philadelphia but Borden made another desperate escape.
