The Push to Revamp ER Screening for Vets

Medical professionals attended a conference in Philadelphia to discuss the specialized needs of veterans. Psychiatrist Dr. Natalia Ortiz finds that many of the vets are hit hard by the stigma of mental health. Training is now becoming available to recognize signs and provide proper treatment.
