Engineer Charged in Deadly Amtrak 188 Crash

After legal wrangling this week, the Pa. Attorney General filed charges against Brandon Bostian, the engineer behind the controls of Amtrak 188. An attorney for the victims calls the charges a victory, but legal experts say the case is not a slam dunk.
