Thousands of high school seniors will graduate soon enough; one local student from Ukraine went through an emotional journey, beforehand, as originally his study abroad plan was extended indefinitely once battle commenced back in Eastern Europe. NBC10 Delaware reporter Tim Furlong has his story.
