Emergency repairs on I-95 will cause temporary lane closures for next few days

There was some unexpected traffic on I-95 in South Philly Wednesday morning as crews performed emergency repairs to the highway after a metal plate somehow came off. NBC10’s Brain Sheehan has the latest on the repairs that will take at least the next three nights to fix.
