Electrical Fire Forces Residents From Philly High-Rise

NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports from near the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia after an electrical fire knocked out power to the Parkway House Apartments early Monday morning. After being awakened by fire alarms, residents sat in SEPTA buses and their cars to stay warm. Residents were later told it could be up to 30 days before they can return to their homes.
