Elderly Woman Dead, Suspect in Custody in Bucks Co. Standoff

Warminster Township Police have arrested Andrew Graham Cairns, 49. They say he fired multiple rounds at police which lead to a gun battle. A 90-year-old was caught in the crossfire.
