El-Shabazz Enters Race for Philly DA

District Attorney Seth Williams announced that he would not seek reelection amid accusations of ethics violations surrounding unreported gifts. Tariq El-Shabazz made his candidacy official on Monday. NBC10 Investigative Reporter George Spencer was there for that announcement.
