Chester County Couple Wins Fight for Tougher DUI Laws in Pennsylvania

A Chester County couple will be in Harrisburg on Wednesday for the signing of a bill that imposes tougher penalties for drunken driving. Paul and Maggie Hannigan have been fighting for tougher DUI laws since the death of their two teenage children in a drunken driving crash in 2015.
