DUI Driver Strikes and Kills Vietnam Veteran: Police

A DUI driver struck and killed a Vietnam veteran in the Tacony section of Philadelphia Sunday, according to police. NBC10 obtained surveillance video of neighbors surrounding the suspect after the crash. NBC10’s Denise Nakano spoke to the victim’s family members and witnesses.
