Woman Confesses to Stealing Dropped Cash: Cops

Stephanie Paparo was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly taking off with more than $2,000 of dropped cash. Police say a man unknowingly dropped the cash at a Wawa in Upper Darby, Paparo picked it up and bolted. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles reports.
