Drivers Say No Detour Help From I-76 Closing

An overturned tractor-trailer closed I-76 eastbound for hours Tuesday. Police directed drivers to get off at the 30th Street Station exit. The drivers stuck in the traffic jam told NBC10’s Doug Shimell that after they got off the exit officials didn’t help direct them.
