Driver Will Be Cited in Steel Tank Accident

A accident involving a truck driver leads to a bizarre sight on a Northeast Philadelphia roadway. A steel tank dropped onto the road, after police say a truck driver hit an overpass on his way to the scrap yard. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero reports from the scene.
