Driver Uses Work Truck To Push Parked Van Out Of The Way For A Parking Spot

A driver was caught on camera in South Philadelphia using his truck to push a parked van forward along the curb to make room for his own parking spot. NVBC10’s Steven Fisher spoke to a neighbor who said this parking war behavior happens more than it should.
