Driver Crashes, Dies as at Least 30 Shots Are Fired in Philly Neighborhood

A driver died after being shot along Easton Road in Philadelphia’s East Mount Airy neighborhood early Thursday. At least 30 shots were fired, not only striking the driver, but nearby homes. NBC10’s Pamela Osborne reports on the shooting and crash.
