Dozens of Chihuahuas Rescued From S Philly Home

A South Philly home was condemned because of all the animal waste and debris left by animal kept by hoarders. Authorities found close to 90 animals — mostly chihuahuas — in the home on the 700 block of Earp Street. The homeowners could face a charge and fine for each animal confiscated.
