Dozens of German Shepherds Rescued in Delco

More than two dozen German Shepherds were rescued from a law firm that doubles as a licensed animal shelter in Marcus Hook, PA, Friday night. The dogs were malnourished, sick, and abused, according to humane officers. And authorities say it isn’t the first time the woman keeping the animals has been raided. NBC10’s Nefertiti Jaquez talked with neighbors who were stunned.
