Domestic Abuse Charge Against Phillies Outfielder Odubel Herrera Dismissed

A New Jersey judge dismissed a simple assault charge against Phillies outfielder Odubel Herrera on Wednesday. Herrera’s girlfriend suffered injuries to her arms during an incident at the Golden Nugget Casino in Atlantic City. The couple left court holding hands and told the judge they were in couple’s counseling.
