Doctor: Malnourished Child Sickest I've Seen

The preliminary hearing for Victor and Olaifa Ramos took place on Thursday after doctors at CHOP said their six-year-old son was severely malnourished. In court Dr. Weiguo Li described their child as the sickest he’d ever seen in his career. The parents are being charged with conspiracy, endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated assault and simple assault. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports from outside the courthouse.
