Did Robbers Pick ‘Wrong House' in Somerton Home Invasion?

A Northeast Philadelphia family was held at gunpoint by three men in an armed robbery, but the men robbed the wrong house. The family spoke to NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal about their night of terror.

Intruders in a Philadelphia home invasion may have picked the "wrong house."

The suspects broke into the home in the city's Somerton neighborhood early Friday and tied up a couple in their 60s and their 37-year-old son. They wore masks and gloves and one had a gun.

They repeatedly asked the family where the money was while they ransacked the place.

The family overheard one of the suspects say "we have the wrong house" before they fled with a small amount of cash from the son's wallet.

No one was seriously injured.
