Detective Shoots Unarmed Man Who Approached Unmarked Car

A Philadelphia police detective sitting in his car who thought he saw a gun shot a man who witnesses say was panhandling in Philadelphia’s Kensington neighborhood Monday night. Joel Johnson’s family says he is harmless.
