DEP Buys Waterfront Homes, Owners Heartbroken

Members of a small N.J. community say they have no choice but to sell their homes to the DEP after a sea wall has failed to protect their homes from the Delaware Bay. Now, they’re angry and broken over the prospect of living anywhere else.
