Movita Johnson-Harrell Makes History in Special Election

Democrat Movita Johnson-Harrell is the apparent winner of a special election in Philadelphia. Johnson-Harrell will represent the 190th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House. She says she is the first Muslim woman to be elected as state representative in the Keystone State.
