Delco Woman Attacked with Box Cutter

A man used a box cutter to slash the face of a woman in Crum Lynne, after she wouldn’t give him cigarettes, according to police. It happened as the woman was walking in broad daylight. NBC10’s Nefertiti Jaquez spoke to the victim after she was released from a hospital Tuesday.
