Murder Charge Dismissed Against Son in Death of Dad

A Delaware County man who was charged with his father’s murder appeared in court. Edward O’Brien was accused of taking his dad out of a rehab facility and leaving him to die. Monday, the judge reduced his charges to involuntary manslaughter.
