Inside the Chopper During Dramatic Delaware Air Rescue

When a 59-year-old woman was injured after falling from a ladder while cleaning a water tower, the Delaware State Chopper performed a dramatic air rescue to get the woman to safety. NBC10’s Tim Furlong was on the scene as the rescue unfolded.
