Delaware Officials Look Into If Boy Was Bitten by a Shark

A 12-year-old boy skimboarding in the waters off Cape Henlopen State Park in Sussex County came out of the water at Herring Point Thursday with what appeared to be bite marks. Witnesses describe what they saw to NBC affiliate WRDE as state officials investigate.
