Delaware County Officers Charged With Manslaughter in 8-Year-Old Girl's Death

Three police officers are now accused of manslaughter in the shooting death of 8-year-old Fanta Bility in Delaware County. Since her death, members of the community have demanded justice and charges to be filed against the officers after investigators determined bullets from police killed the girl while the officers were involved in a shootout with two suspects.
