Deadly Tacony-Palmyra Bridge Crash Blamed on Apparent Speeding

NBC10’s Keith Jones has details about a deadly crash that closed the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge for hours Monday night into early Tuesday. Investigators say it appears the person killed was struck head-on after speeding cars in the other direction clipped each other.
