New Castle County Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting that happened Thursday afternoon in Newark, Del.
Police say the shooting happened on Cheswold Boulevard in the Harbor Club Apartment complex.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the upper body and was pronounced dead at Christiana Hospital.
The investigation is still on-going and police haven't released details surrounding the circumstances of the shooting.
The man's identity hasn't been released.
