Dashcam Video Released from Roadside Shootout That Left Pa. State Trooper Shot

This is a portion of a 40 minute interaction between Pennsylvania state troopers and Daniel Clary. Police said Clary failed three field sobriety tests before struggling with the troopers during his arrest. He grabs a gun, police say, and fires on the troopers. (NBC10 has paused the video during the moments the trooper is shot.)
