Damaged Rail Cars in Amtrak Derailment to be Examined in Del.

The damaged rail cars from the deadly derailment in Philadelphia are being transported from Port Richmond to Delaware to be examined by crash experts. NBC10’s Tim Furlong reports from the investigation.
