Dad Vail Regatta Means Big Bucks for Philly

It was perfect weather for the first day of the Dad Vail Regatta in Fairmount park. And with up to 50, 000 spectators and 3,500 rowers, the two day event means big business for the city of Philadelphia. NBC10’S Doug Shimell reports from along the Schuylkill river.
