Dad Accused of Burning Baby Heads to Court

UPDATE: Jorge Colon’s preliminary hearing was continued until Nov. 19, 2012 on Monday morning. Police say 20-year-old Jorge Colon was bathing his month-old daughter when he lost his temper and turned the water to scolding hot. She has been in the burn unit at Crozer-Chester since the October 13 incident. Colon will be in a Chester County courtroom for his preliminary hearing Monday morning.
