DA Refiles 3rd Degree Murder Charges Against Suspect in Deadly I-95 DUI Crash

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner refiled the 3rd degree murder charges against a 22-year-old woman accused of driving drunk and striking and killing a pedestrian and two Pennsylvania state troopers on I-95 in South Philadelphia in March. The announcement came shortly after a judge dismissed the murder charge in court.
