DA Files New Charges in Penn State Frat Death

Prosecutors have filed new charges and implicated 12 additional young men in the death of 19-year-old fraternity pledge Timothy Piazza. He died after a series of falls and extreme alcohol consumption in a hazing ritual at a Penn State frat house, prosecutors said.
