Crash Leaves Row of Cars Damaged in Northeast Philly

A rude awakening in Philadelphia’s Oxford Circle neighborhood Wednesday morning after a crash left several cars parked in the area of Algon and Magee avenues badly damaged. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports.
