Courthouse Victim Feared For Her Safety: Neighbor

NBC10’s Daralene Jones spoke to the neighbor of one of the female victims in the Wilmington, Del. courthouse shooting and said the woman was scared for her safety. The victim, who has three children and was in court fighting for custody and child support, recently installed security cameras, according to the neighbor.
