Couple Steal Easter Seals Jars on Easter Sunday: Police

Upper Darby Police are searching for a man and woman who allegedly walked into a CVS and stole two donation jars for the Easter Seals right off the counter. Fortunately, surveillance video captured the whole act on tape.
