Could New Jersey's Day Cares Reopen?

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy says reopening day cares is essential to getting his state back to work after the coronavirus pandemic, and that he hopes to have an announcement about it soon. He also says it won’t be easy, reports NBC10’s Pamela Osborne.
