Could Bus of Migrants Headed to Philly Be Problematic for Texas?

Dozens of migrants from Southwest Texas are reportedly headed to Philadelphia, It’s a 2,000 mile drive with an unclear timeline for arrival, or even where the bus will stop to unload passengers. It’s a controversial tactic from Texas Governor Greg Abbott, and according to a constitutional lawyer who NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle spoke to, it could potentially be a legal issue for the Lone Star state.
