Del. Corrections Officer: Warning Signs Before Deadly Riot at Smyrna Corrections Center

For the first time, a former Delaware corrections officer is speaking out about the deadly February uprising and standoff at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna, Delaware. The riot resulted in the death of Lt. Steven Floyd. The officer claims there were warning signs of tension building that were ignored.
