Cop Who Hit Woman to Face Assault Charge: FOP

Former Philadelphia Police Lt. Jonathan Josey lost his job after hitting a woman in a crowd of people — a moment caught on camera. Prosecutors will pursue a simple assault charge against Josey, according to the Fraternal Order of Police. NBC10 s Deanna Durante reports.
