Company Denied Woman's Plea to Fix Wheelchair

70-year-old Nancy Cantwell was born with multiple sclerosis and relies on her motorized wheelchair, but she says the Numotion wheelchair company denied her plea to fix it after it broke down on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
