Community Complaining About Sour Smells in Montco

The Covanta Plant is in a busy area of Plymouth Meeting, surrounded by homes and businesses. Neighbors have expressed their concerns about the loud noises and rancid smells coming from this location. NBC10’s Deanna Durante was at the plant speaking to those most affected.
