Coin Counting Dispute Between County and Bank

Ocean County is asking a judge to allow N.J. Office of Weights and Measures to inspect the coin counting machines at TD Bank. The bank is fighting against the county because they believe it has no right to inspect them. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports.
