Coast Guard Rescue for Truck in Frozen River

Crews responded to the scene in Toms River Sunday night, believing two men were inside the submerged pick-up truck. The driver was allegedly doing donuts on the frozen river before the vehicle fell through the ice. The driver and passenger escaped and rescuers found a dead dog inside the truck.
