Man Finds Kindred Spirit in Pup Born With 2 Legs

Steve Jewell was left paralyzed from the waist down after being hit by a drunk driver. Roo the dog was born with only two working legs. At a Clear the Shelters event, Jewell knew he had found a new best friend. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia reports.
